Gentlemen:
The letter of July 18, 1996 that we received from Mr. Garreth
Campbell is not acceptable.
The offer made to the City was that Pate Brothers would be paid in
full for all work installed by Pate Brothers.
The discount to leave the flat portion of sewer in place would be
an $8,000.00 credit to the City of Coppell.
This was the exact offer made to the City. If there are any other
feelings or misunderstandings about this offer, we will reinstall
the portion of sewer that is unacceptable to the City per plan
grade.
If we do not receive a reply by August 1, 1996, please let this
letter notify the City of Coppell that we will re-mobilize to
correct this portion of sewer on AUgust 5, 1996.
