Gentlemen:
I contacted Mike Martin on June 25, 1996, regarding our Pay
Estimate #4 on this project. The payment we received was not the
same as the amount submitted on the estimate. I have asked for an
explanation of your payment to us.
This project is finaled and we would like our payment as billed to
you.
We are holding off on the remaining construction on Grapevine sewer
due to non-payment from the City. When the payment due to Pate
Brothers is resolved, we will resume construction.
