Dear Ms. Cantu:
This second letter regarding work performed under the above referenced work order number is to
bring to your attention that the project is still incomplete according to City of Coppell standards.
There are several deficiencies remaining to be corrected. Please call Danny Hightower in our
Public Utilities Department to discuss the items that need to be addressed prior to scheduling the
walk-through inspection for the Completion Verification Notification. He can be reached at 972-
462-5155.
Another item I need to bring to your attention is the letter SBC was to provide regarding the
condition of the retaining wall along Creekview Drive, which sustained damage during the time
your contractor performed work in the area. The City of Coppell Engineering Department needs
to have a letter for its file guaranteeing that the integrity of the wall will be restored within the
next two years, if the damage causes any additional settlement or movement of the wall.
Engineering Department representatives have spoken to the contractor and SBC personnel on
numerous occasions regarding City of Coppell requirements. No additional permits can be issued
to SBC or the contractor until the Completion Verification has been received in this office.
Please call me at your earliest opportunity to discuss the steps necessary to close out this permit.
