RE: SBC Service to CiCi’s Pizza on Bethel Road
The City of Coppell has reviewed the plans submitted for the ROW Use Permit Application
for the above referenced project.
The permit application is approved with the following additional requirements:
1.Ensure the contractor verifies the depth and location of all City–owned as well as franchise
utilities prior to beginning excavation or boring across or adjacent to them.
2.Adjust the location and length of bores as necessary to avoid driveways, trees, and
landscaping during construction.
3.Adjust the conduit(s) depth such that the minimum 48” cover is provided under the
proposed future grade after the Bethel Road reconstruction. I have provided plans and
cross sections for your use in determining the appropriate depth of cover.
4.Anywhere the contractor needs to cut City of Coppell pavement, they must do a full-depth
saw cut prior to removal.
