Vista Point II-CS060615 Michelle Lenker June 15, 2006 GXT 850 Central Parkway East Suite 110 Plano, TX 75074 RE: Time Warner Permit Review for 609 SH 121, Coppell, TX 75019 Dear Ms. Lenker: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1.The proposed installation takes place in Dallas County, zip code 75019. 2.There is a discrepancy in General Construction Note 5 regarding the minimum vertical clearance between existing utilities and the proposed installation. The minimum vertical separation should be twenty-four inches (24”). 3.Please modify Typical Underground Construction Details A and B, which reference field direction provided by the City Inspector. Compaction should be to 95% Standard Proctor Density. 4.Please modify the Typical Traffic Control Plan. The length of lane closure should not be determined by the City Engineer but by TxMUTCD, unless otherwise directed by TxDOT.
