RE: Requested Realignment along Royal Lane

We received information relating to a proposed revision to your alignment along Royal Lane in
connection with the permit issued January 24, 2005. The City of Coppell has no objection to the
realignment with the exception of two conditions:
1.Stay as close to the curb line as possible.
2.Avoid disturbing the first median north of Bethel Road.
