Dear Ken:
The problem we discussed this morning is sticky at best. We would
like to help the City resolve this and we are willing to help the
City of CoDpell in any way possible.
We will install the 15" sewer from station 42+52 on Bethel Road for
the following costs:

This price is based upon being paid in full on the existing 10"
line that we installed minus the $8,000.00 credit for grade error.
Also, we are looking for payment of barricades as outlined in an
earlier letter.
The pavement replacement, as I understand, is across Treeport
Parkway. If this is disturbed in relaying ~this sewer, we will not
be responsible for the replacement of the HMAC or subgrade.
All spoil will be taken to the site which was previously designated
and used for previous construction.
