Bethel Road at Harris Road
1.You must receive permission from the owner to enter upon private property to remove the existing
utility poles. Please provide written verification that the owner has seen and approved this
proposed relocation.
2.A traffic control plan was submitted along with the permit application. Are you proposing to
require lane closures? If so, indicate where.
3.The drawings must show the entire extent that you will be working. It is difficult to determine
from the drawings specific starting and ending points for the project. Please clarify and include an
overall area map.
4.FYI – when this property develops it is likely that this cable will need to be relocated. It may be
more feasible to work with the current property owner to investigate options taking into account
any possible future development.
5.Sheet 3 has the street labeled as Harris. Is this correct?
