Dear Doug,
Enclosed for your information and resolution is a copy of a letter and invoice relative to work
done to open a service line at 509 W. Bethel Road on the referenced project.
I met at the site with Donnie Otwell and it appears that something entered the service during
construction. I have been in ongoing contact with the occupant at 509 W. Bethel Road and there
is no evidence of further problems. Additionally, there is no evidence of leaking at either water
service.
I would appreciate you taking care of this at your earliest convenience. If you should have

Dear Mr. Campbell,
This is a follow-up letter to our meeting on March, 28, 1996.
Presented is a copy of a Roto-Rooter bill for $ 86.06 and the
description of blockage found by their video probe. As I explained to
you that day, because the debris was dirt and rock right at the city
tie-in and because of the recent work on the line(s) by the city, it is
our contention this was caused by said excavation. I would
appreciate your expediting this matter. Please make the check

Also, as I mentioned to you at our meeting, the city has
possibly damaged a copper water line near the meter base of one of
the buildings. I would appreciate a call as to when we can expect
