The location is in Little Elm at the intersection of Kings Road and Witt. Dallas Mapsco 453 D
We installed crosswalk pavement which is 10' wide by 9" deep, 6 sack concrete design, # 3 bars @ 18"
o.c. The entire area was placed using an integral color called Thistle Brown with a Herringbone Brick
pattern. The soldier course brick pattern was colored using Red Clay color hardener applied over the
Thistle Brown. The brick soldier course borders either side of the crosswalk.
The field area, herringbone brick was released with a Light Brown release agent and the soldier course
was released with Forest brown release.

Don,
Thank You. This helps a lot. You mentioned a location in Little Elm
that had the integral red with a grey color hardener. I thought you said
Kings road & Witt. Where exactly is that? Also, can you share with me
the exact spec that was used in that situation?

I have worked up the following budget pricing for the stamped concrete
circle at the referenced project.
Using a 6 sack design, 8 thick, # 3s @ 18
o.c.
$ 12.30/sf or $ 110.70/sy approx. 10 working days
Using a 7 sack design, 8 thick, # 3s @ 18
o.c.
$ 13.95/sf or $ 125.55/sy approx. 11 working days
All based on completing the circle in one phase. Additional time would
be
needed for completion of the standard concrete pavement around the
stamped
circle.
