All the dates you have are good to go. The bid # will be Q-0510-03 Denton Tap & Sandy Lake Brick Paver
Replacement. The pre-bid will be at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th, and the opening at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th.

I have been directed to get a bid number for this project from you. We are going to council on Tuesday to get approval to close
Sandy Lake at Denton Tap. If all goes well, then we plan to advertise to bid directly after. I understand you will need the info on the
add on Wednesday next week to be able to run on Friday.
Add due: 4/14
add on 4/16 & 4/23
Plans & bid specs due by 4/16
prebid 4/27
and bid opening 5/4?
If I have this all wrong please let me know. I am still trying to understand the process.
