Gentlemen:
In light of the mistake on this project, we would like to obtain a
final on our work that is in place so that we can take care of any
items on the punch list as soon as possible. This way, we will not
hinder H.D.R. with their contractor to replace the sewer.
We will not let H.D.R. or another contractor connect to our sewer
until it has been finaled and paid in full.
