If you would like we can sit down and talk about the project. We recently received bids on the project and the apparent low bidder
is Jim Bowman Construction. We will be going to Council on May 25th to award the contract. At this point the plan is to start on
June 7th. It will last for approximately 30 days. If you have any further questions, let me know.

I'm the Communications Manager for our city and I'm trying to get somewhat prepared for the massive amounts of calls that we are
going to get the first day the intersection of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake is altered for construction. Do we by chance have a date
yet? I'd appreciate knowing ASAP so we can prepare..
