Gentlemen:
In reply to your letter of April 4, 1996 (regardin9 our letter of
March 29, 1996), we will address the issues as you numbered them.
1. Sewer depth over 15' (Station 19+00 to 26+50).
2. The county told everyone at the pre-construction meetin9 that
they would be no more than 1 week behind us to complete the
road. We have been out of the roadway since March 12, 1996.
Addin~ the county's one week makes it March 19, 1996. The
barricades could have been removed on this day. Instead, the
cost for the barricades coverin~ only the county's work is
$93.75 per day.
Items 3 and 4 are obviously not yours and H.D.R. has contacted us
in regards to this matter.
