Dear Joe:
Enclosed is the change order for the sanitary sewer line shown on Sheet 5A of thc referenced
project. This change order was required due to an error in the design. The items shown in the
change order are new or existing items needed to construct the sanitary sewer line shown on the
revised Sheet SA. These additional items were not a part of the original contract documents,
therefore requiring a change order.
We are sending this change order for your information. In response to your verbal agreement
to assume responsibility for additional cost please forward check to the City of Coppell for
$5,709.00.
