Mr. Cromer,
I wanted to touch base after our conversation this morning. It is my understanding from you, that we
will not need an easement to construct the sidewalk across the subject property. Please confirm this.
See the attached plans. I have found the recording information for the row. (Vol. 74064 Pg. 1703) see
attached. I have also attached an exhibit that shows the tract.
Based on your original email, the city is in agreement with your terms set forth:
- No mechanical digging or grade cuts withing the 50' wide Atmos ROW.
- Atmos not liable should any damage occur to the sidewalk in the future.
- Contact Atmos' Mr. Dennis Jones (469- 261 -2010) at least 48 hours prior to working in the ROW.
