I think we have about 800 $ left in the budget, so it would be one document.
If you'd like we can send you a proposal for the rest of the documents. I
would need to know how many documents you need (looks like four or five
total), and Jim Brittain would send you a new proposal. Please let me know.

We did not prepare any documents for those properties, and it looks like all
of them except maybe one (504 S. Denton Tap rd.) would need a sidewalk
easement, because the property/right-of way line runs 2-4' behind a street
curb. We would be more that happy to prepare those, if you'd like so. Please
let me know.
