Mr. Marshall,
We have prepared 5 easements total, 2 for $400.00 each on the old
PO#08-0002506-000, and 3 for $600.00 each on the new PO#10-
0002196-100. The easements prepared were Coppell Mart Corporation,
Davis Credit Shelter Trust, 699 Denton Tap Road (Dale McCallum), Wm.
Stearman, III, and 110 Southwestern Boulevard (Margaret Hopkins).
We invoiced the first two easements to Accounts Payable, and will
attach a copy of the invoice to the invoice we are sending to you for
$1,800.00 for the 3 easements prepared on the new PO#.

George,
Now that we have completed all of the sidewalk easements,
could we get a PO# for invoicing? We may not need one, I just
didn’t know what the plan is.
