Mrs. Hughs,
I just left you a voice mail. The brick pavers are being removed and disposed of offsite. The City is paying
the contractor to dispose of them. Could be a liability for the city if we had residents out in the
construction zone picking up brick pavers. Thus, we have chosen to let the contractor dispose of the
pavers. Exactly what the contractor is doing with them we do not know. Typically they go to the dump and
are recycled. If you have any further questions, please contact me.

I know that you are pulling up the old pavers at Belt Line and Sandy Lake.
Are you selling or giving away the old pavers by chance? I sure could
use some in my back yard since I have trouble growing grass.
Are they available? How much do they cost?
