It's been about 9 months since my last contact with you. The crossings
are once again a subject of concern. I have attached your last quote
for maintenance of several crossings in Coppell. Please review and
update the quote and provide a potential time frame in which work
could begin. I realize scheduling is ultimately up to the railroad so
something to the effect of "two weeks after notice to proceed
dependant on railroad approval" would suffice. Call me if you have any
