Following is the letter from GE Supply advising you that the motor is
brand new. I have asked GE Supply as soon as possible get
documentation on the routine test of the motor (not available as this
moment). As stated in item ~lt3, this will be forthcoming in the next 24
houm. We would like 2 days notice to arrange for the GE factory
personnel to meet with the engineers and owners. It will be god if you
can propose this Friday or next Tuesday.
