1. Define exact dimensions of 15' water easement between lots 10 -11 & 17 -18. How
much on each lot?
2. Show and label the 466 contour line as 100yr floodplain.
3. Place a note on the plat that says the Wall maintenance easement and monument
sign easement will be responsibility of HOA along with all common areas.
