1. Add proper Foodplain language to plat per Floodplain Management Ordinance.
2. Define exact dimensions of water easement between lots 10 -11 & 17 -18. How much on
each lot?
3. Drainage & Floodway Easement does not match contours in engineering plans.
4. Should provide for a Wall maintenance easement along Coppell Rd.
5. Who is to maintain Monument Sign easement?
6. Concerned with slopes off north property line.
