As requested, a representative of Alliance Geotechnical Group went to the project site to observe drilled pier
operations. Only one pier was worked on but not completed. DS3 -3 pier was initially drilled and poured in the wrong
location. Redrilling with an oversized auger was done through the concrete and into the bearing stratum.
