As requested, a representative of Alliance Geotechnical Group went to the above project site to observe drilled pier
operations. As scheduled, AGG spoke with Sergio w /NTBC and Jesse w/ATS about when the drilling would start. The
contractors stated that they would start in about an hour. The technician was notified that concrete for piers had been
cancelled at 1:00 p.m.
