Verification of G.E. Motor
Dear Mr. Griffin:
In accordance with our request dated May 5, 2000, AUI General Contractors has forwarded the enclosed
response from General Electric concerning the condition of the 600 horsepower motor supplied with Pump
Number 4. In addition, the contractor has scheduled a meeting with the motor manufacture's representative at
the job site to evaluate and confirm the information provided. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 15,
2000 at 11:00 a.m.
We look forward to seeing you on Monday and are available to discuss this project further at your
convenience.

This motor was built during the first quarter of 2000, for Oeltn NaUon Co./City of Coppell
under Oslin Nation Co. purchase order number DA-02283601-NA. It shipped from our
facility, Owertsboro, KY on March 14, 2000.
3. The motor received a routine test. (date recorded is attached)
4. This motor was purchased from GE Supply. GE Supply is the exclusive representative in
the state of Texa~ GE Supply is _~_ _.~ to meet wlth the engineer and the CAty of Coppell
to answer any questions they may have about Ihe referenced motor.

When the motor arrived at the Job site it was de{ermined that the conduit box was in the
standard position (F-l), which the aped~Icatiors drawings called for ~e (F-2) posltioru
The motor we~ transported to our authorized service center, Shermoo. Where this -
change ~ was accomplished.
