This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities
to the referenced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is an existing 12" water line in the south right -of -way of Sandy Lake Rd.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is an existing 10" sewer line that is located in the alley right -of -way of Grapevine Creek

STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing 24" storm drain stubbed out onto this property.
