Question:
Last week, I drove off the road in the Deep water on Sandy Lake
road heading into Carrollton, just past the retirement village. You know
were the road has flooded for the last 10 years past the high power
lines.
I would like to know when are we going to replace this low section of
very dangerous Sandy Lake road ?? I have been told for years we will
start, then told 3rd Qtr 2004, our web site says 3rd Qtr 2004,
Construction start.
I appreciate the fact we now have high water poles to guide us in high
water
conditions , but this is a very dangerous area.
Please email me. I have seen to many cars running off the road, someone
is going to get killed. I also emailed the engr dept. I appreciate the
fact we are adding more fire folks and a new fire truck, but this road
is going to kill someone alot faster than a slow fire truck !
