Glenn, I will be handling the auto liabilty claim submitted by Margaret Hargrove to the City of Coppell. Please
notify me to confirm if the construction on Sandy Lake Road was sub-contracted out to a construction company
so that I my refer Ms. Hargrove to contact them for her damage claim. If the City is doing this work themselves
we would only be looking for employee negligence, otherwise we will deny this based on immunity. Thank you,
