1. Remove piastic out of all sidewalk and seal at joints.
2. Remove plastic: from joints on bridge and seal. Also need to rout and seal cracks
on bridge and sweep bridge. Marked with paint.
3. Need to rout and seal cracks on street marked with paint.
4. Need to clean and remove forms and remove excess concrete and resurface around
pipes to all storm drain boxes. Need to clean hubs in middle of street.

1. Some pull boxes don't have gravel in bottom and need pads poured around pull
boxes.
2. Broken, missing pavement buttons.
3. Remove sonotube around flasher bases to below ground level.
4. Disconnect power and remove pole and base of old school flasher at lease 2' below
ground.
5. No Right Turn with plaque that says "Except Buses " with times 7:15 a.m. — 8:15
a.m.; 2:45 p.m. — 3:30 p.m. and located at driveway in front of school.

RE: Walk -thru for Southwestern Blvd.
1. Two pads need repairing at western end south side.
2. Repair fire hyd. S. Coppell Rd and Southwestern.
3. 440 paint water lid blue.
4. 440 need a city sewer cleanout and tie in to manhole.
5. Mow strip around pull boxes.
6. 436 bottom fitting needs to be exposed. Paint meter can and city sewer cleanout red;
chains on fire hydrants.
7. Blue markers in street for Fire Dept. on all fire hyd.
S. 436 City sewer cleanout needs a better sweep.
9. 432 City sewer cleanout needs a better sweep. Cleanout needs to be painted red;
meter can — can't see fittings.
10. 424 can't see fittings on 2 meter cans. Cleanout needs sweep & repair & paint red.
11. Need extension on stub out valve across from 428 Southwestern - add 2' extension.
Cleanout needs new sweep, straightened, painting. Can't see fittings
12. Trim trees off of sidewalk & wash mailboxes.
13. 400 Southwestern can't see fittings. Cleanout needs repair with different sweep &
painting. Clean off trash & rebar.
14. Soto's shop cleanout needs repair, meter can can't see fittings, meter can needs to be
brought to grade.
15. David needs to check threads on fire hyd.
16. Soto's needs server cleanout straightened and painted; fittings needs exposure.

17. Add 6' extension to main line valve lower stack plus add more dirt to surrounding
area.
18. Manhole on Soto's property needs sweep for stub out to transition.
19. Silt fence running east and west along creek.
20. Clean up trash under bridge, rebar, bottles & clean off sidewalk. Clear out trees
around crossing.
21. Marking for ARV on curve and paint lid.
22. 312 Southwestern needs City sewer cleanouts. Clean around fitting in meter can.
23. 308 Southwestern, pour pad around 2" valve and mark 2" cleanout meter can and
paint sewer cleanout needs cleaning and repair.
24. 304 needs sweep and paint on cleanout.
25. Meter in middle of street at 304 needs painting, ext. needs to be 1'.
26. Paint lid on ARV.
27. Vacant lot clean meter can; need sweep on cleanout and paint.
28. Vacant lot next to school paint lids, clean out meter cans.
29. Roy Brock Center sewer cleanout needs sweep; manhole rain pan needs plug.
30. ARV manhole needs to be uncovered and inspected with paint and paint curb
31. Fix irrigation in front of Brock Center.
32. Clean out meter can at Brock Center.
33. 2nd & 3 rd sewer cleanout need sweep and painting; paint curb for 3rd sewer cleanout;
mark water service on curb on Brock Center from east side to south of curb. Need to
replace pull box and lid between school and Brock Center.
34. No Right Turn sign at east school bus driveway.
35. No plug in rain pan and needs more concrete.
36. Clean out all valve stacks.
37. Missing fire hyd. valve across from school; needs paint & paint curb.
38. Clean curbs.
39. Manhole needs to be put on front curb.
40. Cleanout on east side of school in driveway needs to be inspected — dirty and needs to
be straightened.
41. Reinstall sign on west side of parking lot.\
