Within 24 hours of the end of a 1/2" or greater storm 4.) Deficiencies corrected within 48 hours of inspection 3 key elements for inspection 1.) Proper installation 2.) Operation 3.) Maintenance Erosion Control Plan: ✓ Are the plans on site? ✓ Do the plans have the City's red stamp? ✓ Do the plans have an engineer's seal and signature? Inlet Protection: (sand bags, gutter buddies, straw bales, inlet socks) ✓ Is the structure deteriorating? ✓ Is the sediment > '/ the height ? ✓ Are there other structures that require protection? ✓ Is silt fence properly installed? Perimeter control: (silt fence, straw wattles) ✓ Is all offsite water being diverted where applicable? ✓ Is there evidence of water /material getting around/underneath barrier? ✓ Are there other structures that require protection? Stabilized construction entrance: ✓ Is rock clean and free of debris /sediment? ✓ Is sediment being tracked onto public rights -of -way? Final Stabilization: ✓ Is at least 70% of vegetation established? ✓ Is there any sediment that is running off -site? General Site conditions: ✓ Is site free of any trash/debris? ✓ Is concrete washout area kept in compliance? ✓ Is any equipment leaking?
