Ratliff, City Manager From: Frank Trando, Deputy City Manager/Finance Director~-f Subject: Samuel Boulevard Improvements On February 2, 1988, Council approved $30,000.00 for the completion of Samuel Boulevard. I have reviewed the minutes and have been unable to find where Council agreed to pay for St. Arms Catholic Church's portion of Samuel Boulevard. It would appear that in order to remain consistent with City policy of not assessing any churches for road assessments we need to take $15,431.00 out of C.I.P. surplus funds to pay the final payment to D.T.
