Okay, the meeting next week is just to talk about the landscaping for the street improvements (median at
the entry and the tree plantings in the pedestrian walk areas, etc.) I assumed that Bill went another
direction with the Park property since we hadn't heard from him in a while. I understand the fee limitations
for the project, and we are fine to just focus on the street improvements.
In case I hadn't mentioned it in a previous email, I'll be out of town starting tomorrow until June 16th. If
something comes up that you guys need, you can contact Dan Prendergast at drp@freese.com or
214-217-2216. He knows how to reach me if need be. Or feel free to contact Caleb Thornhill.
Looking forward to our meeting next week!

Trish, just making sure that you know. The city does not have an executed agreement with Bill Peck as of
today. He is working on a final draft for consideration.

That works for us. should we meet you at City Hall?

Brad,
Just an update on trying to get a landscape design meeting scheduled. Today is obviously out and we've
had a couple of other meetings pop onto our calendars. The following are still good for FNI and Matt:
June 16, 2 p.m. or later
June 18th noon or later
(8/2/2010) Keith Marvin - RE: Old Town Plat (Carter Crowley)Page 2
Please let me know if one of these works for you so that we can get it on the calendars!
Thanks,
Trish

Matt and Brad -
You have probably gotten to take a look at our 60% plan submittal by now and I'm sure you realized
quickly that the landscape plans were not very far along. I need to get our landscape architect in to meet
with you. He has some design questions and concepts that he wants to discuss related to our streetscape
design. I think Ken and Keith may be interested as well as I know that they had some concerns about how
the landscaping interacts with the pavement, etc. I'm really not sure who wants or needs to be involved in
the discussion. Maybe we should just meet with Brad and then send copies of the meeting minutes to
everyone else?
Please let me know how you want to handle and let me know if any of these dates/times are available for
a meeting:
* June 7, 3pm or later
* June 8, 8:30 am
* June 16, 2pm or later
* June 17, morning or afternoon
(8/2/2010) Keith Marvin - RE: Old Town Plat (Carter Crowley)Page 3
* June 18, noon or later
Thanks and try to stay cool this weekend!

Trish,
I apologize. We jumped the gun! The plats will not start the Planning Process until next submittal which is
June 14, 2010. The reason for this is because we want them to track with the PD Conceptual Plans for
the overall tract and the Detail Plans for the Pavilion/Farmers Market Lot which is anticipated to be
submitted next cycle. I will keep the plats here in my office and hopefully in mid-June we will begin the
Planning Process...
Thanks,
Matt
