From: Long, George [mailto:George.Long@atmosenergy.com] Sent: Monday, May 10, 2010 11:11 AM To: Chris Poteet Subject: RE: Coppell - Old Town   Chris we have gas located on Coppell, Bethel, and Burns to serve this site.    1)We can bring gas from South Coppell Rd or Bethel Rd.      2)A 10 foot utility easement would be required once on site.      3)No duchtbank would be required. May require crossing if not installed doing development phase. We can      joint trench with other utilities such as electric, cable or phone. 4)No above ground easements required. Just underground where we are not in right-of-way.        We normally run behind curb in ROW. If no ROW is there then we would run behind curb in a 10 foot utility easement.   Please let me know if more information is required and you have any questions or comments.   Thanks   ATMOS energy George Long file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4C24940ECity_of...8/2/2010 Page 2 of 3 Project Manager 2552 Summit Ste 406 Plano, Texas 75074 972.881.4152 ofc 972.881.4196 fax From: Chris Poteet Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2010 4:05 PM To: 'george.long@atmosenergy.com' Subject: FW: Coppell - Old Town   George, this will probably provide a better understanding on where the townhouses (TH) are going, cottages, retail and restaurants.   We basically need to know where you look to run service.   Where would you bring it from?  South Coppell Rd?  Bethel Rd?  Where would it enter the site?   What type of easement would you need?    Would you need any conduit prepositioned underground?  Any ductbank?   What about any easement for any surface facilities?   The bottom line is that we would like to incorporate any Atmos requirements in this site / civil (paving) portion of the plans.  That way there would be limited requirements to dig up new paving when they build out the development and Atmos has to run their service.   I appreciate you looking into this for me.   Chris   Chris Poteet Freese & Nichols Inc.
