After receiving complaints from Mrs. Mary Katherine and Mrs. Gerry
Strom concerning existing parking along Samuel Blvd., from Parkway
Blvd. to Sandy Lake Rd., causing a through traffic hinderance
during construction of Meadows VI and Samuel Blvd., action was
taken on November 3, 1989 by myself and Alan Blankenship (L. H.
Lacy) to request local residents suspend parking in the
construction area until construction was completed.
Local residents complied with the temporary no parking within the
three days of request.
