Yes, that would be great. We will plan on attending the DRC at 2pm and then meeting with you to get the
comments. I know the plat needs to be back in by noon on Tuesday, July 6th, but I'm not clear about the
engineering plans. There won't be any way that we can get revisions to the plans done by noon Tuesday,
so we'll need some clarification from the group on what is needed to keep the process moving forward.

Trish,
would like to set a plan review meeting for Thursday after the DRC meeting. There are many issues to
address on the plans, some of which will have little or no bearing on the current platting process. There is
no reason for you to address detailed engineering comments one at a time.
Let me know if you and Dan can stay for an hour or so after the meeting on Thursday.

Mike,
We looked and realized that we should have used 25' radii on the intersections. We'll make that change
on the next submittal and verify that a fire truck can make all the turns. Thanks for the comment!

The fire department has requested that a bus template be used to make sure that a fire truck can make

Thanks! We are a little worried about the noon Tuesday deadline for the revised documents since
