Mindi and Keith — Attached is a layout that Dan prepared to illustrate the impacts of using the larger radii that
we discussed last week. Please let us know by the end of the day on Friday if you have any concerns about us
finalizing the site plan with these changes. Note that the parking space count is reduced by 8 spaces due to
these revisions.

Attached is an exhibit showing the new design with the updated driveway radii based on city comments. I also
hatched the parking spaces that we lose with the new design (8 total). Let me know if you'd like to show
anything else. I have a full size hardcopy printed out too, let me know if you'd like to take a look at that instead.

I like the new design with the increased radii; if the City Managers' Office is ok with losing the 8 parking spaces. It appears
that the 'visibility triangle' is improved with the new radii also.
