Keith – before we start moving storm drain lines to accommodate the water and sanitary sewer, could you take
a quick look at this layout? We’ve placed the water and sewer lines 2’ from the “gutter” line or face of curb in
order to avoid having manholes and valves in the curb line in a couple of locations. Please let me know if you
are okay with this layout or if you’d like to see some revisions.
