Per your recent letter requesting an itemized listing of the cost
associated with the City's share of the drainage, paving and
excavation cost of Samuel Boulevard, and other offsite improvements
required for the referenced development, please find enclosed the
following:
1. An itemized listing of all costs of the offsite improvements
based on actual constructed quantities and unit costs.
2. A copy of the final pay request from each of the re >pective
contractors.
3. All change orders.
4. A copy of the contractor's proposal taken from the actual
contract.
