Trish   Trish Hatley Freese and Nichols, Inc.   From: Clay Evers Sent: Thursday, July 22, 2010 1:47 PM To: Tricia Hatley Cc: Dan Prendergast Subject: Coppell Site Visit   Trish:   Dan and I visited the site today to coordinate the remaining design issues with city staff and the surveyor.  We have gotten all of the information we need to move forward with the design.   One item needs to be brought to the City’s attention.  The project site at Coppel Rd. and the proposed Main St. was home to a gas station.  The underground storage tank has been removed and there are currently two monitoring wells on site.  We are having the surveyor pick them up.  What we need to know is the environmental status of the site, i.e. is it in the state’s Voluntary Cleanup Program and what are the terms of continual monitoring?  We need to know if the wells must be preserved.  If so, they will require a little bit of work should the grades change in this area.   Clay This electronic mail message is intended exclusively for the individual or entity to which it is addressed.
