Dear Karen:
Enclosed is a copy of the Special Warranty Deed executed by Sunbelt which was
sent to the City of Coppell. As you know, we have been attempting to obtain/a-sil~ilar
deed from Triland. You recently send us a copy of the survey plat of this [areea ~)nd
it appears from this survey that the Sunbelt deed should include both Tract 1 aut~_LF~act
2. The deed from Sunbelt covers only Tract 1.
We have obtained a Quitclaim Deed from Triland over both Tract i and Tract 2
and request that Sunbelt either execute a new deed covering both tracts or an additional
Quitclaim Deed covering Tract 2.
Upon receipt of this, please give me a call so that we may discuss the matter.
