After evaluation of the flow from a 100 year storm in Dividend Drive at Beltline Road, I found that the gutter
capacity is less than 0.2'.
The numbers that I used for this calculation are as follows:
Area = 1.26 acres which gives us a Q=10.07 cfs
The cross slope of the street is .33%
The longitudinal slope of the curb is 1.4%
Based on these numbers the depth of water at the face of curb is 0.16'
