Keith,
Flowers Construction is in the process of converting the existing facilities along the north property line of the
Chateaus of Coppell Addition to a total underground system. Included in this work is extension of the 2” conduit,
which was bored under Bethel during construction of the Alexander Court Addition, to the new switchgear. During
construction, it was determined the 2” conduit is under the recently paved approach of Chateaus Drive at Bethel
Road. Oncor is requesting permission to saw-cut the pavement to access and extend the conduit to the
switchgear. Please confirm this work can be performed under the Bethel Road Improvements permit.
