Keith,
Work order went to Construction yesterday(6/25). We have the material
for this order in stock. Construction told Olen that the path can be
built in a week. What will take the longest is wreck out & splicing.
Please see below Carl Shipman's number. He will be the contact for
Construction.

Stefani,
As you know, the City of Coppell has been asking Verizon to clear the
utility conflicts along Coppell Road from Southwestern Blvd. to Bethel
Rd. for quite some time now. We are now at the point where we are ready
to proceed with construction, and conflicts still exist with Verizon
facilities. I understand from our conversation that this project will
go to construction shortly. I look forward to receiving an estimate of
when this will be completed.
The city has awarded a construction contract for the road widening, and
we will be hosting a pre-construction conference next week. I would
like to invite you and your construction contact to the meeting in order
to minimize conflict in the field during construction. Please see the
attached letter for time and place of the meeting.
If I can provide any additional information, please feel free to call
me.
