Please see the below email from the property owner at 234 Bethel Road. He has marked his property line
with stakes. There is a 10' Utility easement that is parallel to this property line. It appears to me that your
permanent improvements are fine, however there is a pile of dirt and a backhoe that has been out there
for some time that falls outside the easement area.
I met the homeowner out there this morning. He would like to see the area restored as soon as possible.
Your assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated.

Good afternoon.
There has been quite a lot of activity on the South East corner of our lot on W. Bethel Road. Based on the
plat (attached) there is a 10 foot sidewalk and utility easement running approximately 200 feet, east to
west on the South end of this section of our property along Bethel. It appears to me that the contractor
doing work there (I think it is Verizon) is working outside of the utility easement. Also, they are using my
property to store dirt fill and heavy equipment. If you would check into this for me it would be appreciated. I
want to make sure they are working where they should be. Thanks.
