The overhead line on Bethel is a Major Feeder circuit with large wire. The cost to
place this Underground in front of Addresses 234 to 304 Bethel Road has been
completed. Locations for 3 above ground switchgear will be required along with pad
mounted transformers at each home location. The estimated cost to place these
$275,000
facilities underground is . This cost is for budget purposes only. If you
decide to proceed then an actual cost will be invoiced once all equipment locations
have been finalized. If you wish to proceed with this request then please let me
know.

Rick,
As we discussed on the phone I have a property owner at 230 Bethel Road
that is trying to coordinate the burial of the overhead lines in front
of his property. He is also working with the property owners from 234
through 304 Bethel Road. Can you provide a cost proposal fro Oncor to
bury these lines? I will forward this cost to the property owner.
