Angie,
Attached is a PDF file showing the construction that will take place around
Penfolds Lane. The current project begins at station 35 +05 and progresses
east to Denton Tap. The area behind 280 Benson is shown dashed on this
plan, and will be built with a future project. This future project will
likely begin in summer 2011. The street as proposed will move approximately
8 feet closer to the wall behind 280 Benson. We will not be moving the

existing wall, and no changes are proposed on the back side of the wall.
