Dear Mr. Crank:
A final inspection of the above referenced project was
conducted on October 29, 1985, by representatives of Ginn,
Inc. Previous punch list items have been completed on the
project and are found to be in compliance with the City of
Coppell standard construction requirements.
The one-year maintenance bond has been received by Ginn, Inc.,
with a maturity date being November 1, 1986.
