Dean,
The city has no objection to the first phase of traffic control as submitted. I do have a few comments as far as phasing
goes though:
1. Ensure all detour signage is erected prior to closing the road to traffic.
2. Project signs should be installed at each end of the project prior to road closure. This will provide contact information
for the traveling public should they have a concern.
3. "End Road Work" signs along Denton Tap should be turned face down until the projects to the north and south pull their
traffic control signage off Denton Tap. We don't want motorists to be confused by overlapping sings that indicate and end
of work zone and beginning of another.
4. Do not close the road until after 9:00am.

Attached is the traffic control plan for closing the roadway for the
bridge reconstruction. Once we get started on this, it will be altered
to close down the section at Penfolds Ln. Please let me know if this
works so we can get this closed down first thing tomorrow and begin
