Keith,
The greater concern is if they will be altering the wall for the rock
ledge or just going to use the wall footing? N TX Bridge will be
needing to have to place something in the wall for future wall tie's and
that will have to be ordered accordingly.
Let me know as soon as you can. I am also sending this to Steve
Goodman, N TX Bridge, so he is kept in the loop regarding changes.

Dean,
We will be eliminating the form liner on the north wall and replacing it
with a rock ledge for the future use of the home owner. I expect the
engineer to have a revised detail shortly.
I don't expect this to change the wall design significantly.

We still have not heard or received anything from City of Coppell
regarding the wall changes we have spoken about on the north wall for
Phil and Luis properties. We have started excavation for the north wall
and are proceeding with the wall with ashlar finish as submitted. We
have to press on with this issue for JRJ to meet the schedule for the
September 7 date so that JRJ has the time to get the roadway from the
bridge to Park open for traffic. The material for the ashlar finish has
been ordered and delivered to the site and until we have heard otherwise
we have to go with what is called out on the plans. Please let me know
where we are regarding this wall.
